I min bodyblog skriver jag om min väg till drömkroppen. I vintras gick jag ner från 58,9 kg och väger nu 50 kg. Jag går ner i vikt genom att använda mig av kaloriräknaren shapeup. Här i min blogg skriver jag dagligen allting jag äter, bjuder på tränings- och mat-tips och lägger in inspirationsbilder på mig och på andra.

Q: What is your best tip for loosing weight but not get a smaller butt?

Well, you can’t decide where you will loose weight. And you can’t target one specific area on your body to burn fat from. So you might get a smaller butt you might not. But if you want to avoid it getting smaller you should just go on a diet to loose weight and exercise your butt with squats for example – but keep in mind that you need to eat protein when you exercise.

Now you guys who follow my bodyblog on instagram know how much of a fruit and berries addict I am, haha. I just find it perfect to eat in the evenings in bed while with my computer or between meals. I will buy a mixer soon as well so I can make my smoothies with salads and vegetables as well. Follow @bodyblog for more updates. And PLEASE give me feedback haha.

Work on your self discipline

Get so many comments and emails from you guys when you are telling me you need my help to loose weight. You just need to accept the fact that there is no ”magic way” to do things. It is very simple – eat less and exercise. That is the only (good) way to do it!

For me it works the best when you make it as simple as possible. Just count your calories and do exercise (both cardio burn and muscles.) And you will loose weight for sure. You don’t need to worry about anything else – just be very strict with it..

If you feel like eating sweets just tell yourself you can’t. It is not like I find it easy, I am sitting here DYING to eat a chocolate bar. But I don’t do it because I have told myself not to.

For the record – I think Eva Longoria is one of the most gorgeous women in the world. With or without the belly (preferably without.) But it is nice to know that celebs have moments of imperfection as well. They train and diet hard to look perfect for movie roles but in between those periods they are just normal people like the rest of us and they gain and loose weight. Not an super healthy lifestyle no, but that’s the way it is for most of us ;)

I remember when I was 58,9 and stared in the mirror thinking I had destroyed my body. That there was no point in even trying. I also remember my current boyfriend saying I never looked skinnier. Haha, he just didn’t see it. But I saw it, and I couldn’t wear ANY of my jeans or shorts. So I dropped to 49 kg in two months. Not taking any idiot pills, I didn’t starve myself or all that. You can do it just with some normal exercise (really basic like go for walks, runs etc) and cut down on calories. So I know it is possible.

I always get very inspired by these two pictures of Olivia Munn. I think her body looks perfectly toned on the left photo. Kind of what I wish to look like.

I haven’t stood on a scale for a while now until last week. I was 53 kg! Which was really chocking to me since I haven’t been more then MAX 52 for two years. And in those moments it is really easy to get really upset and thinking there is no point and that you can’t do it. Instead you should just go for it. Because it is possible. I lost 2 kg in one week so now I am down at 51 heading down for the 40-something for summer. (I am 165 cm tall.)

Hope you are with me and LET’S DO THIS SHIT! ;) And here are a picture of me in the same pair of shorts haha. Those pictures are so crazy.
